A Complete Series of Ball Control Valves for Reliable Control of Flow

We offer a complete series of Ball control valves with extremely broad range for proportionally controlled application. Included in the series are valves in all commonly used body styles & in a wide selection of construction materials. The rugged design of the valves assures reliable performance under extremes of operating conditions, pipeline stresses, hydraulic & thermal shocks.

We offer a full ball as control element, reduction of flow result from two orifices in series. In the fully open position, each orifices presents a circular profile, it offers no obstruction of flow.

As the valves starts to close, the orifices become smaller and the shape of each goes from circular to elliptical pressure drop is distributed evenly between both orifices. It is advantageous in handing slurries. Fibrous suspensions such as pulp stock. Viscous Fluids, Sludge, Fertilizers Pharmaceuticals, Textiles etc.

Due to highly effective sealing design mirror finish bally, wide stem drive, our Valves offer Cent –Per-Cent positive leak tight shut of in closed position in either direction of flow. With varied pressure and temperature, the unique Tensions seat in our valve automatically varies for required control of flow.

UNIQUE DESIGN FEATURES

Unique Seat Design
Unique flexible- lip seats exert continuo’s sealing pressure, automatically compensate for wear and for changes in temperature & pressure, and provide extremely high cycle life

Stem Seal Design
90 rotary operation permits use of simple, “Corner Sealing” where compression of TFE box rings force the TFE into the corners of the seal section. There is no alternate wetting & exposure to air characteristic of linear action stems.

Double Orifice Effect
During throttling, total pressure drop is distributed almost equally between the full ball’s two orifices.
Consequently, for any given flow rate, velcocities are lower than in a single parted valve, and chance of erosion or staining at low flow rates is lessoned.
